Join the band as a musician

The band is always looking for new big band musicians. To learn more, please visit our New Members page.

Join the band as a non-musician

The band also has roles for non-musicians. If you can support the band with administration, logistics (i.e., a "roadie"), sound engineering, or as a Committee member, we'd love to hear from you!

Donate us your instruments

If you have any big band instruments lying around the house, we may be able to give them a new lease on life by adding them to our instrument library. Our instrument library allows the band to loan instruments to those who may not have the means to purchase or lease one themselves.

We are particularly interested in saxophones, trumpets, and trombones.

Make a financial donation

Financial donations support the band to cover its ongoing costs and keep fees low for our members, to ensure all those who want to participate in community music have the opportunity to do so, regardless of their financial means. If you're interested in making a financial donation we'd love to hear from you.

Donate us your beverage containers

The band is registered with the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme, which means you can choose the band as your preferred payout method when you lodge your beverage containers for recycling.
